Entrevista
The hiring process can seem overwhelming. First there is the initial application, then there is an assessment, afterwards you must do a video interview and lastly, you get to interview with a recruiter. The interview took place online. It did not take very long at all. The interviewer stated no prior experience is required for this position, you are able to move up and are eligible for a raise within 9 months. She mentioned they train you for the job, you have a group you get to meet about once a month. The group acts as support, and help you work through tough situations.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

3. Tell me about the situation when you had to adapt existential process or encounter while working on an assignment at work or during college please describe the situation how you adapted to the change and the results
4. Think about a time when you need to learn something new in order to accomplish a task at work or during college, please describe the situation your actions and the outcome

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
