It take several steps. First and foremost, yo have to record yourself answering questions, which you only get to chances. I will recommend practicing first ( which you can do) because after the two chances you would get to the nextbest questions

Video interview, phone interview, and assessment, very easy interview, star method questions, I had no drug test and everything was virtual. It took less than 14 days to receive an offer.
