Talked to the recruiter at career fair. Got handed a letter from the recruiter to go to a specific website to fill out a prescreen. Prescreen was all personality questions. Contact for a phone interview. Everything was all personality "STAR" questions. Nothing technical yet. Got brought on site and met with various managers and team leads. No one asked a technical question all of it was about my personality.
