I was referred by a friend of mine who works for them. Applied online. A few days later I received an email asking me to take an online assessment. The assessment was not very difficult and it took about 45 minutes to complete. There were a few math word problems based on some graphs and charts. There were also some personality questions. The next day I got an email saying that I passed the assessment and that someone would be contacting me to schedule a phone interview. Recruiter called and scheduled phone interview for one week later. The recruiter indicated that the phone interview would consist of several behavior based questions that should be answered in the STAR format. I spent a lot of time preparing. I researched behavior interview questions online and spent a lot of time thinking about scenarios from my past and came up with a good number of prepared answers. The recruiter who conducted the interview was very friendly. I thought I did ok. I was hoping that at the close of the interview she would invite me to come in for a face to face but that didn't happen. She said that the hiring manager would be involved in reviewing the phone interviews and deciding who to move on to the next step. She said I would be contacted within a week. A week later I got an email indicating that I was not moved forward in the interview process.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entrevista
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
