One of two different questions. Name a time when you dis-obeyed the rules to supply customer service when they deserved it or a time when you pushed back to a supervisor in a situation.
Common interview process. My advice would be to familiarize yourself with the duties of the role you’re applying for and research star method interview questions to prepare yourself by presenting examples to showcase your experience in possible handling possible situations you might encounter
