Applied online. Got a request to take an assessment two days later. Completed and passed this assessment and then was requested to take another assessment. The first assessment is personality while the second assessment focus on deductive reasoning and what you would prefer in a job. The assessments are such a waste of time. You will spend about 2.5 hours completing them. Was then offered a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty easy. Advised about the position and requirements to travel for training. Then went over my resume and previous jobs and why I left previous jobs. Don’t know why they think that’s any of their business. Probably best to just lie on this part. Then about three standard STAR interview questions. Few days later was emailed that I was not selected to move forward in their process. Their loss. I actually had claims experience and currently licensed in multiple states. Apparently that does not matter to them.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.
