I held a phone interview. I was first told about their background checks, then I was told that the interview would be recorded for the manager to hear. They were standard general questions about strengths and weaknesses, what kind of experience I had and why was I interested in ASI. I think the fact that the interview is recorded threw me off a bit and made me feel uncomfortable but the interviewer was nice.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

Study the STAR method of interviewing and you will do great! Asking questions like “Tell me about a difficult time you had at work and how you handled it.” Answer all questions using the Star method

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
