Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 7 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Progressive Insurance (Knoxville, TN) en jul 2016

The interview process was a 3 step approach. They ask that you complete an online assessment. Then if you pass that you will move on to a phone interview which will last 30 to 45 min. Next they will ask you to complete a background check and schedule an in person interview. This was the most difficult part. This interview lasted 30 minutes. I have no idea whether I will get the offer or not

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

Study the STAR method of interviewing and you will do great! Asking questions like “Tell me about a difficult time you had at work and how you handled it.” Answer all questions using the Star method

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
