I had a phone interview with Progressive for the Claims Adjuster Trainee Position. I studied hard for the interview. I displayed my excitement about the position. I displayed my knowledge about the company and my knowledge of great customer service and working hard. Three days later I got an email saying that I wasn't chosen. My interviewer asked me questions like : what was your most stressful job? She also mentioned that I should stay at my current job. I tried my best to convey that I really wanted a career with Progressive.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

4. Think about a time when you need to learn something new in order to accomplish a task at work or during college, please describe the situation your actions and the outcome

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
