The interview process took me almost a month to complete. First, I sent in my resume and received a call a few days later for a phone screening. After the phone screening, I received notice to participate in a Zoom interview. This interview was conducted with two of the assistant managers and a 3rd employee at Shrader House. They asked me basic questions about what I would do in a crisis. Next was the final interview, which was conducted in person at the location provided. This interview was about chemistry and if I would make a good fit. When I arrived at the interview, I waited for them to take me into a room where two other employees joined us. When one girl entered the door, I tried to shake her hand, but she seemed rude and did not shake it back. The guy seemed like he did not want to be there at all. There were 4 people interviewing me about my experience and, again, how I would handle a crisis. One of the assistant managers seemed irritated, and it was almost like she was rolling her eyes and putting her head up when I answered a question. I asked a follow-up question pertaining to their protocol if there was a crisis and the manager had no idea how to answer the question. She then passed it on to the other assistant manager, who went into detail. I just found it funny that they expected me to have a perfect answer, but they didn't know their own protocol. The entire interview was approximately 30 minutes or so, but the team just seemed like they had a bad vibe.
