I interviewed with HR, one of the product owners, sr. director of analytics, and one of their senior analytics managers (I forget his title, sorry!). They were all fantastic people and very knowledgeable of their field and their work. I have nothing negative to say about them.
The process is very standard, except you will get a live excel skills exam. Interview questions are the usual, such as "talk about a difficult situation you had to handle" and "what do you do in your current position." The excel skills exam is very much at an intermediate excel level (how to process messy raw data, vlookup, table manipulation, various excel formulas, etc.), but you also need to know how to multitask. Their intent is to assess how you can do live demos of data processing and manipulation to clients while meeting/speaking with them.
Any excel skill is beyond what is typically required of a clinical informaticist, who typically does workflow analytics and project implementations, which is why I rated the interview as difficult; otherwise, it would be average. I recommend getting intermediate excel training (and maybe learn some VBA coding) for this position.
