Horrible. Interviewed in person for 5 hours then had multiple phone calls with ppl who could not make the first interview then had more in person interviews with the same people!! This is a sign that they arent orgnaized and dont have a true process and dont know what to look for in people. RED FLAG!! They may as well post the job in the NY times. Not to mention some people with ZERO pharma experience had an attitude during the interview. LOL. The ppl are all rookies in pharma. No leadership here and no development and little paycheck. Much better places and professionals to work with and learn from.
