PEG Recruiters interview up to 6 people together. We strive to provide applicants with as much detailed information as possible including job description, call center environment, pay rates and benefits. A typing test, reading, and background check are requirements. Applicants are individually asked various questions in the beginning of the interview. There is opportunity for applicants to ask questions as well.
