The woman (don't know her name) was horrible. Spoke over you and pryed into your personal life with negative comments about it. Baffled at the lack of professionalism. She drilled me about why I didn't have dates on with my resume and I told her because indeed doesn't format the resume correctly when sent. She said that I wouldn't be a good fit because I didn't put enough effort into my resume. I have gone to an agency that put an excellent resume together for me and have used that. This woman is horrible, rude, self-intitled and a poor excuse for a customer service employee. Mind you I am a vet assistant and have many years of all different animal care skills. This company is revolting!
