I applied for a position through Indeed. A recruiter reached out to me the following day for a phone screen which I thought went well. She said she would submit my resume to the client and follow-up the next day. I NEVER heard back from her despite my sending her an email asking for an update which is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
