Was introduced to leader via existing employee, had initial phone call with leader followed by a more formal interview with leader (60 min), then a mock presentation and feedback (60 min), culture-type interview where I met another team member to ask non-role specific questions, verbal offer + negotiation. Lots of transparency throughout the process and was always informed of next steps and what to expect. Smooth process overall

A very simple screening process with very generic questions that really didn't present much value to the role itself or understanding me more of a person. The call was quick and definitely felt rushed.
