Product People don't make it easy to get in, and that's actually a good thing. Every stage is thoughtfully designed to evaluate you properly — not through trick questions or generic competency frameworks, but through tasks that require real involvement and genuine interest in the position. The product challenge is really interesting — as a specialist from a slightly different sphere, I've learnt a lot while completing it. And the final stage goes even further — a full live simulation covering problem diagnosis, a stakeholder meeting role-play, and demonstration of how you work with AI tools. The interview process is intense, but it feels fair throughout. You always know what's coming and why — the structure is excellent and nothing feels arbitrary.
