As all the candidates who have completed the Product Challenge receive detailed feedback, we hope you found it useful and actionable.
We aim to keep our process lean and limit the time invested in the calls, both for the candidates and the Product People team taking part in the recruitment process. While keeping the calls short, we make sure to have ample time for the candidate to ask questions during the Culture Fit Call, and reserve some time for it during the Product Challenge presentation. We do not require the candidate to invest more time into speaking with many team members, but in many cases, successful candidates reach out to several team members and have virtual coffee chats with them to learn more about Product People.
Thank you for also mentioning the length of the process for you. We are continuously working on speeding it up, even though sometimes we are slower than we wish to be due to a high number of applications and a small team.
