I had a typical HR interview, then an online assignment with 2 exercises and a final interview at their premises. I received a polite welcome. The interview was straightforward with numerous questions about myself. At the end i had time to ask questions and learn more details about the day to day life in the company. I generally got the impression of a cool startup envirnoment with motivated people

Great company Great People! I found this company via their linkedin posts and after some research I decided to apply online. I really liked their social responsibility actions besides their subject. The process was very straightforward and fast from the beginning. After my application I passed a short test and then was asked to perform a videocall assessment.after this, After 3 weeks I was informed I had passed to the final stage which was an evaluation at their premises. The interviewers were very honest and clear about what they were looking for and wanted to make sure that the position would be a good fit also from my side. From when I entered their office I had a positive impression about their work environment (a lot of young people working closely). The interview was challenging at some points but very related to the challenges I would face if I joined the company. The interviewers also provided feedback right after the end of the interview of which were my strongest/weakest points vs other candidates. 2 weeks after the assessment I received a call with a job offer!! I have been 6 months with the company and my expectations have been far exceeded! The culture is great.
