      Its one of those experiences that has you questioning how far removed from reality some people are. Initially you perform an online test that's designed to evaluate your sales, customer service and excel skills. Should you pass, HR sends you an email to schedule an interview where they ask you basic background questions and provides information about the role. Finally, you perform an interview with the c-suite. First of, you quickly realize they've obfuscated responsibilities from the initial job description, and they follow up with "You'd be fine with doing that, right??". Then they have you jumping through hoops, asking you random nonsense questions in hopes to receive psychometric insight on your way of thinking. During the interview, it came to my attention that c-suite consider their company a start-up. I couldn't believe it as they've been in the market for 10-years. It appears to me they have competitors that are much better established and will overwork you in order to catch-up, as their software is not proprietary. From what I gathered, the process is designed to eliminate anyone who won't put up with it. They are looking for high-energy, inexperienced and impressionable young people that possess good logical and analytical thinking.
