Live coding assessment is not hard, but time is very short, interviewer kept explaining the problem for half of the problem, that's something they need to take care seriously. Beside live coding is not a good measure for anything for a senior level, it's 2025 now :D

Four interviews. Two technical, one behavioral and one leadership. One of the best interview processes I've experienced. Upon request for feedback, the recruiter offered me a callback, which was extremely helpful in absorbing, for once, the empirical reasons for rejection.

I was supposed to have two interviews.
Firstly, they tried setting me up for an interview they already had someone in mind for, but didn't know if he was willing to move from Houston.
They cancelled when he accepted, but rescheduled when I pointed out a new position was listed to the recruiter. Nailed that interview but then they notified me that position was being closed. Tried to interview for a third position with the same requirements, and the recruiter just ghosted me when I asked.
Seems like they're completely disorganized and frankly I feel like I dodged a bullet
