Quite a few steps in the interview process, but once you get that initial call, everything moves pretty fast. First up you'll get a phone screening interview from HQ in the US who will determine whether you get a face to face interview. If you do, you'll get either a panel interview in office or 3 people from your potential team. If all 3 like you, you'll go into a final interview with the Director of the department. Once you've received an offer, you'll be on your way to Carpinteria, CA for Orientation for 1 or 2 weeks depending on your role.
