The interview started with a phone interview talking to the Procore hiring team in the US. This was then followed with a series of interviews in their office in Sydney, for me this was a total of 3 interviews with various people in the team I was going to join if I was offered the position. Finally an online interview was conducted with the manager in the US. The whole process was smooth and accommodating to the time difference issues between Aus and the US. The US team were also experiencing a fire event during this whole process but at no point did they let that impact the top level of service and professionalism displayed.
