I went in and filled out an application. Shortly after I was finished, one of the owners came out and spoke to me in a separate office. The questions that were asked of me were so off the wall that I really thought I was applying for a maintenance position. They don't even care if you have a criminal history as they will have complete control over you. I was offered a position with the company on the spot and turned it down whey I was told "you will be nothing but an overpaid babysitter". They don't tell you that you will have to work 56 hours a week for the pay of 40 because they make everyone in the office a salaried employee.
