My initial view on who I spoke with when my interview was being arranged and the individual actually carrying out my interview was a positive one however, I was told during the interview that I would find out the outcome in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks came and went and I had to chase for a response (needless to say I think if I hadn't chased they probably wouldn't have bothered letting me know the outcome at all). So very poor given the time taken to attend an in person interview and accommodating rescheduling their end. I requested feedback and was just ignored and never heard from them again so safe to say I would be unlikely to spend time applying for another position there. A shame as I had such a positive view of the company before that but find you can learn so much about a company from how candidates are treated during an interview process.
