It was an easy process!First Introduction round with HR,just basic intro about yourself.
Then there wil be a test which will be easy to clear.
Next round HR will come and explain the process in company and packages offered.If you are speaking English well you will be offered voice Process or else non voice.
Then last round will be with Manager.He will also check how you speak English well and some basic questions.If you are selected they will call within a week are else they don't. Thank you.
Its simple round they ask introduced about yourself and then they will check your capable for this role and they will check for your English knowledge you don’t need more English knowledge but you will maintain in English it is OK for you and then they will ask you are OK for night shift but mostly there are both shifts are available morning shift and Night Shift

Entrevista
1st is an HR interview through Phone call, the whole interview will be in English because the job role is international voice process. The HR will ask basic questions and then will inform you if you are selected for the next round which is assesment. There are two assessments which checks the language proficiency, numerical ability etc. After scoring 60% for the first you will have the second one. After scoring 60% for the second assessment the next round will be through video call with the HR, communication skills and other skills including numerical ability will be checked in that too. The final round will be the face to face interview, the same process will continue there too. Make sure to have good answers that can satisfy the HR and have a good knowledge about the company and job role.

it was 3 round process. A call with hr . Then an online interview and assesment . if you are selected then final offline interview with another HR. IN SECOND ROUND THERE IS AN APTITUDE TEST AND ENGLISH TEST BOTH ARE IN ONLINE PROCTRACTED MODE
