The whole process starts with an aptitude test. After a selection of the best out of the test, the qualified are called to the company premises. There, they go through three rounds of interview. The first is to prepare a presentation with a team, usually made up of three or four people. Next, you defend your presentation with your group. Then finally, you go in for a one-on-one interview with major players in the company.
