      Entrevista

      I was originally contacted by an internal recruiter. I had a 1:1 with them where my skillset was able to be expanded upon, some details confirmed. This was so the shortlisting could be effective. This was a breath of fresh air, as sometimes (No matter how good you are at writing CVs and Cover Letters) employees cant completely grasp what skills you have and to what level. I was then invited to a interview remotely where I was interviewed by two people. The interviewers themselves were well prepared and clearly knew how to plan. While the interview maintained flow and structure throughout, they still invited collaboration in their answers where both parties would discuss experiences and some finer details.
