3 Round Interview Process
First Round: Basic Screening
Second Round: With COO
Third Round: COO and another board member.
During the first round, the questions were very vague and yes/no in style, so you had to come up with a way to incorporate additional information. They want to hear about the experience you have. Review relevant coursework and projects before the interview.
Interviewed for the noida branch. A phone session followed by technical interview and HR round. Questions asked in technical round weren't hard and out of the box. Got selected and accepted the offer.

My interview with the HR Manager went well, leaving me with hope for the next interview. The next interview was with their CEO, who must have been having a bad day, as his attitude and passive aggressiveness was unlike any I've ever seen before. I believe this interview was purposely set up for failure. The job description did not say a single word about networking, yet the CEO was very persistent with grilling me about networking. He asked and wanted to know every little detail about networking and how it works, something a Help Desk type role doesn't require. I'm talking, he asked for every little detail to the T about what happens each step when someone wants to visit a website. Sorry, but how does that relate to a Help Desk role? The entire job description lists Help Desk responsibilities. At no point did anything in the job posting list "Must have extensive networking knowledge". I even asked some of my buddies who are Senior Network Engineer's about it and they were flabbergasted as even in their experience as Networking professionals they've never been asked that. They definitley already knew who they wanted to hire and did the rest of the interviews as a formality. My friend also interviewed for the role and was grilled the same questions and got pushback when asked why the networking knowledge was so important. The CEO brushed him off and kept asking more detailed questions, which is highly inappropriate for this role. The CEO also expected the person interviewing to be a SME of Office 365 and Azure AD. He asked me to name every module there is in Azure AD. Sorry, but I've worked with IT Directors and higher ups that have literally migrated entire platforms from Google to Office 365 and they couldn't even a fraction of the modules within Azure.
