I applied online and received and email from HR scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview was easy and lasted around 20 minutes and the person conducting it was easily impressed. If you've worked at least 2 customer service jobs, it won't be difficult to impress or get the job, try using big words when describing your skills, they don't hear those often enough.

"Tell me about yourself.", "Why did you leave your last job?" and "Why our company?" I dislike these questions because half the time you can't be sure if they want to hear about you the person or you the professional (I've had interviews where they prefer one or the other and sometimes both, it's weird and lame), and sometimes if you left a job because it was completely garbage all around you can't convey that because it looks bad if you discuss previous companies in a negative light instead of just being honest. Would people just rather honesty than sugar coating and even lying? And then the last question, why our company. Do they want to hear how great they are as a company? This is a stupid question, it's obvious that people apply for jobs because they need work and you are one of the companies hiring, but of course you can't say that because it's doesn't look good.
Ugh, can you tell I HATE interviews? :)
