It was pretty straight forward with typical questions. I had a short phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the processing manager and then a peer interview with some of the other processors.

Tell me about a time that you had to work with people you didn't agree with on a project. How did it work out?
Short phone interview, then came in and met department head. Very casual, very friendly. Asked typical questions for an interview like: name a time you had to deal with a difficult coworker or customer? what does superior customer service look like to you? what drives you to do good work?, etc
