It is important that the candidate shows up for the interview on time and is not distracted by other activities during the interview. It is equally important that the candidate pays attention to the questions that are being asked and is dressed professionally. It was obvious to us that you were distracted in the interview and failed to pay attention to the structure and instructions related to the interview provided at the start. The interviewer even offered you the option to reschedule the interview to a different time when you are 100% focused on the interview, and you refused the offer. Camaraderie, Impact, and Family are the three words that describe ProDIGIQ's culture. In your review, you took the explanation of camaraderie out of context. It is sad to see the mischaracterization of the company culture by you. We really hope that you would reflect and learn from this experience.
