Once I had applied online, it took a few days before I received a call for a time and day to arrive for the interview. The process was easy, it didn't take long before I received a call. I had to take several tests, and depending on whether I passed or failed I would continue onto the interview part. I took typing skills test, a test that seemed like a personality test. I was prepared for the interview on that same day, so I went ahead and proceeded to the interview part. When I finally got to meet my interviewer I had to answer the typical interview questions. It wasn't really hard if you are prepared to answer and know how to sell yourself on the interview.

I submitted an application and was called in for an interview maybe a few days later. The interview included an assessment i was required to take online on a computer in the building. After the assessment i interviewed with a supervisor and was offered the position that day. I took my drug test and was to start the following week however due to call volumes i was asked to come in a few days after the interview for temporary work with PG&E.
