The interview process took two full months and five interviews, one of which was an in-person three-hour meeting. Overall, I met with about 10 people and dedicated a lot of time and effort into the interview process. There's no reason it should've taken as long as it did. It was so excessive that by the end of the third interview, I actually wasn't sure I wanted to work here anymore. I almost got too much information from them! I wanted to see how it would play out. Ultimately, I didn't get an offer but I'm alright with that as it didn't align with my career goals.
