The interview process was slightly longer than I am used to, but it was well-organized and efficient without compromising its objective: to allow the hiring team and the candidate to get to know each other and evaluate whether they are a good fit. There were 4 interviews total, plus a take-home technical challenge. The challenge was non-trivial, but not very difficult. It was well placed after the 2 first interviews so that you could evaluate whether it was worth to you spending a day on it at all. Communication after every interview was within a day and scheduling the next one was a smooth process. Interviewers were focused but friendly and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions or share concerns. All in all, I would say it was the most coherent and human-centric interview process I have undergone in my 24 year long career.

Entire process took about 2 months to complete. Recruiter screen; Manager first interview; Take-home assignment; Panel interview; Final senior leader interview. Everything was managed well by the recruiter and goals / advice for each step of the process were provided. The take-home is very important and definitely will take time to complete. Make sure your solution is well-designed, reasonably covered by tests, and go beyond the requirements if you identify a place for improvement. The entire process was long but everyone I spoke with was absolutely amazing. They clearly hire very intelligent and empathetic professionals. It was one of the most pleasant interview processes I've been through.
