First step is the initial phone screen followed by a virtual zoom meeting. Phone screen was about 5 -10 minutes and the virtual meeting was a little over 30 minutes. Basic questions asked, like walk me through your resume, and tell me about a time you encountered a problem with a coworker and how you resolved it.
