Multiple rounds between various department heads, along with a technical assessment and a follow-up interview with technical staff to discuss the assessment. The interviews were very casual, no curveballs, and incredibly friendly people. Made it to the final rounds only to be rejected, as they had selected someone else. They seem like a great company to work for.

The interview process was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. The process consisted of a 1-on-1 interview with the hiring manager, a technical interview, a group interview with representation from different departments, and a final interview with the CEO. Details were provided by the recruiter to help prepare for every interview round. Each interview provided unique insight into the company and role. Feedback was provided quickly by the recruiter. It’s apparent that this company puts a great deal of effort into finding quality talent to grow their team.
