I applied in Dec 2022. Outcome received in March 2023. Process: CV screening, take home assignment, first round interview online, final round interviews at London office 1. Take home assignment was to design a backtester and implement a given trading algorithm in the backtester. Was given 7 days to complete, but was advised to spend on 3 hours. 2. First round interview with a senior developer. Typical questions like introduce yourself, before moving on to discussing take home assignment. 3. Final round interviews, spanning about 3-4 hours. I met with four employees of varying seniority back to back, one of whom was my interviewer from the first round. Two technical rounds and the other two were more towards getting to know you and your fit with the company. For final remarks, I asked for feedback on whether there were any areas I could improve on, but did not manage to get a response. But I was given concrete advice when I asked about how to succeed in the industry. Took about 3 weeks for final reply, but overall a good experience.
