All competency and situation based questions. I was asked maybe 7-10 questions and was able to answer them all due to a previous care position. This interview would be difficult without previous experience due to the questions being centred around service users. I have heard that some have been tailored for people with no care experience.
I was interviewed by two people and it went really well. Asked me about conflict resolution between staff and how I would manage it . My answer must have been okay for them.

It was quick and informal. The two that interviewed me were clearly unprofessional.
They quickly kick you out the door as soon as they can.

Attended telephone interview and it was easy and asked about basic questions. Why are you intrested in this job and what qualities do you have and why are you interested in priory group and why are you leaving your current job.
