I applied to an online ad and sent them an email with the resume attached. The called me back with a time for an orientation. At the orientation they set you up with the phone app and you fill in your paperwork. Its very similar to uber and lyft. It wasn't really an interview and they didnt really ask questions.

I called regarding the ad on Craigslist and was told to come in for an interview and to take a test on maps. I went in and was given the test and a few questions regarding the job. Questions such as: What would you do if your car broke down and you couldn't get to work? Anyone could get hired if they have a license and insurance. Next part was going to a one day orientation were they give you your equipment and a list of fees you are charged for having them and other services (Admin fees, etc.)
