After a couple virtual, 30-min interviews, I was invited to a one-hour in-person interview - However, it lasted 2 hours and 20 minutes. Three people interviewed me separately, all asking the exact same questions.

Two out of my three interviewers mentioned the organization's lack of diversity and asked if I was sure I'd be comfortable being the only woman on the team.
Coming from a remote role, one interviewer asked if I was sure I was interested in an in-person position as I'd be "spending more time with them than my boyfriend."
