Multiple interviews, first with analytics VPs and then, after completing a technical task, the head of analytics. Because there are so many different interview stages, there are many opportunities to mess up. I did well in all of the early interviews and in the technical task, but ultimately the top analytics person did not like me (still not sure why) and I was not extended the offer after reaching the final interview round.
