I interviewed with the manager. She made me feel very comfortable during the interview process. The company as a whole, had a very comfortable and friendly feel which was very important to me. The questions were thought provoking and and the job was described in full. She was very open to my questions about the position and I was able to meet the department associates when I was interviewed. This confirmed that I wanted to get this job! She said that they were still interviewing, but would get back to me one way or the other and I appreciated that. I received an offer for employment about a week later.
