Jumped through many hoops: initial questionnaire with basic interview questions, online personality quiz, phone call that the guy flaked on, another phone call where his very first question was "tell me about your childhood and your siblings, when you 8 or 9," another form to fill out with my work history, an in-person interview that included acomputer skills test, a 5-page, timed SAT test, and an actual interview. All this for a sales assistant position.
