The first step is to complete the Online application through the company website or link if you get a personal referral. If your resume meets the Human Resources review of your application then you will receive an online Video Interview with pre-recorded questions. You will anser these questions using a computer camera and voice capture recording process. If you pass this step then you will be invited for a Face interview with two managers.
