Engagement was initially high from company, regular follow up however once through interview process ghosted, not made aware of reference or assessment request until final interview. Made me go through 4 rounds and then no response, process shows lacking candidate experience with a focus on who the ceo likes best. Many leadership positions currently open, I would run.

I was offered an interview via email, and asked what days/times worked best for me. After responding with this information, I never heard back until I called the company almost two weeks later to follow up. This resulted in talking with the person that offered me an interview, and setting up a time. The day the interview was scheduled to take place, I received a text saying that he could no longer meet in person, but would like to conduct the interview via phone instead at the scheduled time. I agreed to this, and 4 hours later, at the scheduled interview time, waiting for a call. None came. I texted the recruiter who was supposed to interview me to confirm. Nothing. I called the company and left a message with someone I had spoken to there previously. Nothing. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had, and I’m appalled that this is how thy treat potential employees. I’m disappointed because I really wanted to work for this company.
