The interview was lengthy. I met with director, the owner, then director again. I trained on the computer for 40 hrs before I was able to go inside my classroom

The interview was ok. I wasn't asked extremely difficult questions. Just what I'd bring to the company, my experience, how I'd handle disciplinary decisions, etc. I would say the interview process was pretty easy to get through, but that also depends on the interviewer as well.
