I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. When asked if I was willing to lead "occasional" classes I asked if that would be as a substitute or coach (e.g. modeling a lesson) and was told "both." When I asked what percentage of the role of Coach might be spent subbing I was told "up to 50%." I said it seemed they needed another sub in addition to a Coach and was told that the Coach had to be willing to take on subbing on an as-needed basis.
