The interview is easy. You’re interview by potential supervisor, manager, department director and the company owner. No need to put too much effort during the interview. If you have little to no experience, you’ll still get the job, because of very high turnover in the company. They always need people because nobody wants to work there longer that about 2 years.

First round a phone interview and second round in person with staff and managers. The phone conversation was very nice and gave both of us an initial impression of one another. During the in person interview, several staff interviewed me individually and their combined experience will result in either an offer or rejection.
