      Unprofessional Organization! I invested time creating a custom resume, cover letter and an interview. During the interview I asked, if at any point if someone is not selected for next steps, will you let them know at that point. I was assured that this would be the case, but that was a lie. After much time had passed, even beyond when they had said the next step would happen, I sent an email asking if could get an update on my candidacy status. (after all I have other organizations interested in me). I did not even get a response. Really? If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how awful it would be to work with the person how behaves like this. There is NO excuse to not spend 30 seconds of their time sending a rejection email on THEIR own initiative, but when I invest even more time writing to them this person STILL could not be bothered? Rude. I waited 3 days for a reply and at that point I knew I hadn't been selected, but I was not willing to allow this person to get away with their selfish behavior, so I sent another follow up just to confront them with their own failure as a communicator and as a person. Only then did they reply. Don't waste your time with this organization when there are so many better places to apply to.
